Expanding our geographical reach
Scientific Publications expands its geographical reach. Researchers from more than 30 countries across the CIS and Eastern Europe become clients of the company.
Corporate identity
The company begins developing its unique corporate identity, including its logo, colours, fonts and graphic elements, resulting in the creation of a Brand Book.
Partnership
The first memorandum of cooperation with a Ukrainian higher education institution in the fields of scientometrics and scientific publishing is signed.
Company consolidation
Scientific Publications comes under the management of the unified Scientific Alliance holding company, the parent organisation that brings together projects in the scientific sector.
Leadership position
Based on the quality and number of completed projects, the company becomes a recognised leader in the field of scientific publishing across the CIS.
New office
The company moves to a new headquarters in Ukraine, which becomes the largest scientific publishing hub in Eastern Europe.
Launch of our own media outlet
Scientific Publications launches the media outlet “Science and Metrics” – the first publication in Ukraine dedicated to scientometrics.
Scientific and educational centre
The company launches a scientific and educational centre. Its purpose is to organise webinars, seminars and conferences to keep the scientific community informed about all current and important developments in scientometrics and science.
Cooperation with Crossref
Scientific Publications becomes an official Sponsoring Organisation of Crossref, which provides DOI registration services for scientific publications.
Company branch in the Republic of Kazakhstan
A branch of the company opens in the Republic of Kazakhstan. At this time, it is the only official distributor of scientific publishing services in the country.
Certification Centre
The company creates the “Certification Center” platform. It becomes an official international centre for the certification of researchers in accordance with the regulatory documents and standards of the countries in which Scientific Publications provides its services.
Scientific and educational activities
Scientific Publications organised more than 150 scientific and educational events, including conferences and seminars. More than 20,000 researchers from CIS countries attended the company’s scientific and educational webinars.
Memoranda
The company continues to actively expand its cooperation with international higher education institutions and research organisations in the fields of science and scientific publishing. In 2021, more than 25 memoranda were signed with Ukrainian higher education institutions and over 20 memoranda with universities in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Rebranding
In connection with a new stage of development and the company’s growing presence in the international scientific community, a rebranding was carried out, including updates to the name, logo, positioning and other elements.
Anniversary and future plans
The company celebrated its fifth anniversary – five years of undisputed leadership in the field of scientific consulting. Scientific Publications continues to develop actively, planning new projects and partnerships, as well as the opening of new representative offices in different countries.
Establishment of the Scientific Alliance Charitable Foundation
The establishment of the Scientific Alliance Charitable Foundation was initiated with the aim of helping those in need and contributing together to a better future. A portion of the proceeds from every service provided is automatically allocated to the Foundation.
The company during the war
On 24 February 2022, the Russian Federation invaded Ukraine, where the company’s head office is located. From the first day of the war, Scientific Publications opposed cooperation with the Russian Federation and organised the team’s work during the hostilities. Despite the difficulties, the company continues to maintain its leading position in the market, provide high-quality services and develop further.
Acquisition agreement with World Sci Publ
An agreement was concluded between Scientific Publications and the competing brand World Sci Publ to transfer a number of assets and developments under the management of Scientific Publications. This marked a new stage in the organisation’s development and the expansion of the company’s structure.
Expansion of international presence
Scientific Publications continues to develop actively. The organisation is committed to the global development of science and the quality of research, and is therefore working to open branches in Poland, Albania, Latvia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and other countries, as well as to expand its structure in Ukraine.
Scientific and educational activities
The Scientific Publications educational and research centre actively organises educational events in the field of scientometrics. In 2023, the centre organised more than 100 webinars and seminars aimed at raising researchers’ awareness of current issues in scientometrics.
Memoranda
The company actively expands its cooperation with international universities and research institutions. In 2023, more than 50 memoranda of cooperation were signed with leading scientific and educational institutions in Ukraine and other countries.
Awards for innovation and achievements
Scientific Publications received recognition from experts and became a winner of the prestigious Ukrainian Business Award in the “Business of the Year 2023” category. In addition, the holding company was included in rankings of the most successful enterprises in several countries in 2023 and received the honorary “Star of Quality” award, confirming its high status and leadership on the international stage.
Opening of a new office in Ukraine
In 2024, Scientific Publications continues to actively expand its structure. A new office was opened in Kyiv, becoming the company’s third representative office in Ukraine. The organisation is committed to the global development of science and scientometrics and is therefore working to open new divisions both in Ukraine and in a number of other countries.
Awards for innovation and achievements
The NGO “Ukrainian Scientific Alliance” presented Scientific Publications with the “SCIENTIFIC COMPANY AWARD 2024” for its significant contribution to the development of science in Ukraine, recognising it as the best company in the field of scientific consulting.
Opening of the first office in Kyrgyzstan
Scientific Publications continues to actively strengthen its leading position in the market and expand its geographical presence. In 2024, the international organisation opened its first office in Kyrgyzstan. The new office in Bishkek is ready to welcome clients, who can receive professional assistance from experts in scientific consulting.

The Scientific Publications educational and research centre continues its active work and, in 2024, organised more than 70 webinars and seminars focused on current issues in scientometrics.

In 2024, the company continues to actively support the development of science and scientometrics by expanding its partnerships with higher education institutions and research organisations. Throughout 2024, more than 30 memoranda of cooperation were concluded with educational institutions in Ukraine and universities in the Republic of Kyrgyzstan.
Strengthening the company structure and expanding international presence
Scientific Publications continues to develop dynamically, contributing to the global advancement of science and the improvement of research quality. The company is currently working actively to open branches in Poland, Albania, Latvia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and other countries.
Scientific and Educational Centre of Scientific Publications
In the first half of 2025, our scientific and educational centre achieved a number of significant milestones, including holding its first webinar on scientometrics in Uzbekistan, which became a landmark event. In addition, we organised more than 60 closed seminars and webinars, as well as 10 open events available to everyone. Researchers from various countries attended these educational initiatives, including Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Albania, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan and many others.
Distance for Life
Every year, the Scientific Publications team takes part in charitable sporting events. In April 2025, our employees participated in the Kyiv Unbroken Half Marathon, which brought together more than 8,200 participants. The initiative raised over UAH 3.3 million, of which more than UAH 2.3 million was donated to the Hospitallers battalion for the purchase of advanced medical equipment.
Strengthening international cooperation
In 2025, Scientific Publications continued to actively develop its international cooperation. During the year, we signed memoranda with one university in Albania, three educational and research institutions in Azerbaijan, four higher education institutions in Kyrgyzstan, one university in Kazakhstan and two universities in Ukraine. These initiatives became an important step towards strengthening our international presence and influence.
